Senior Master Trainer Patrick Graupp’s
professional career has mirrored the journey
of the TWI program in many ways. Hear Pat’s
insights on TWI in Japan and learn how his
early experiences as a trainer there shaped
his passion for TWI. After working with TWI
in Japan for many years, Pat returned to the
U.S. and became a pioneer in reintroducing
TWI in the U.S. The lessons he learned
along the way will enlighten experienced
