TWI has been referred to as the “missing link to
lean” but don’t let lean be the missing link in your
TWI implementation. This workshop will show you how
the 4 principles of lean management (leader standard
work, visual controls, daily accountability process
& leadership discipline) will provide the tools to
both implement and sustain all three programs of TWI.
What does Job Instruction, Job Relations and Job
Methods actually look like in the day and life of a
floor leader? Tracking the use of the foundations of
good relations, training, problem solving and
collaboration can be tricky. This interactive
workshop will discuss these challenges as you create
new leadership tools to help you manage the
implementation of a sustainable TWI program.
Upon completion of this session, participants will
learn…
-
Create
new leader standard work to drive the process
-
Create
Visual Controls so the status of each process is
clear
-
Participate in a Daily Accountability Process
-
Understand more clearly your role of leader in
your organization
